What This is?

This is not another workshop. And it is not a retreat where you learn techniques you will forget by Tuesday.

This is a deliberate severance from the noise. A temporary yet meaningful removal from the patterns, structures, and pace that shape your daily life.

For three to seven days, you step into a private, nature immersive container on a small working permaculture farm in the DC metro area. You unplug. You slow down. You step away from who you have been operating as and create the conditions to remember who you are beneath it all.

You will sleep in a fully equipped travel trailer designed for simplicity and retreat.
You will eat food grown from the property.
You will sit with fire, walk quiet trails, and maybe even work with your hands. Interested in learning how to start a fire with a bow drill?

Through it all, you are held not managed, rushed, or over directed in a ceremonial container designed for transformation that actually integrates.

This experience is intentionally simple and deeply alive. The land itself becomes part of the work. Soil, water, sunlight, growth, decay, and nourishment all offer mirrors and metaphors that bring insight out of abstraction and into the body.

Rather than layering more information on top of an already full life, this environment removes what is unnecessary. It gives your nervous system space to settle, your attention somewhere real to land, and your inner process the time and safety it needs to unfold.

This is not about escape. It is a crossing. It is about creating the right conditions for something honest, grounded, and lasting to take root.

Why Place matters?

Most people have to travel far to experience this level of immersion. Sometimes they leave the country. I built it here because transformation doesn't come from distance. It comes from conditions.

Most people travel far for this level of immersion. Sometimes they leave the country.
I built it here because transformation doesn’t come from distance.
It comes from conditions.

This land is a small, living ecosystem:

  • Permaculture gardens and fruit trees

  • Chickens, culinary mushrooms, compost, soil life

  • Food grown, harvested, prepared, and shared with intention

When you're surrounded by life: soil, sunlight, water, fire, something ancient wakes up.

  • The body remembers how to regulate.

  • The mind quiets.

  • Meaning becomes tangible again.

  • Metaphors to work with become infinite.

Why This Can Work When Other Things Haven’t?

Most coaching gives you tools, then sends you back to the environment that created the problem. You're supposed to practice mindfulness in the chaos. Find balance in the burnout. Be different while everything around you stays the same.

Here, you practice the tools in an environment designed for transformation. You wire new patterns into your nervous system while you're held, nourished, and surrounded by life. You build new memories in your body, not just new ideas in your head.

Many people struggle to integrate new tools back into old environments. This place lets you practice differently while nature supports your nervous system, body, and psyche. You're not just learning tools. You're living them.

Why Here? Why Nature?

Because transformation doesn't happen in the head. It happens in our bodies. In your hands in the soil. In the smoke from a fire you tended. In the cold water that forces you to be present. In food ethically grown, harvested, and consumed.

The land teaches what no coaching session can. Reciprocity. Patience. Cycles of death and renewal. The humility of working with something larger than yourself.

This property is a working ecosystem. Chickens. Mushrooms. Fruit trees. Vegetables. Compost that becomes soil that becomes food that becomes life. You don't just visit it. You participate in it. And in participating, you remember what you forgot: you're part of this web too.

What Happens Next?

If this resonates, the next step is a discovery call.

Before you reach out, ask yourself:

  • Am I willing to take three to seven days completely away?

  • Am I ready to do uncomfortable yet rewarding work?

  • Can I trust a process even when I don't understand where it's going?

  • Do I believe that change requires more than insight?

  • Am I committed to making lasting changes?

  • Do I want to be connected to something bigger and collaborate with nature as part of that path?

If the answer is yes, lets talk.
