Discovery call notes and preliminary assessment information: 1 year if no coaching relationship is established, or retained as part of coaching records if services begin

Contact form submissions: 2 years or until you request deletion

No session notes, personal information, or confidential content is shared as part of this process. By engaging my services, you consent to this limited disclosure.
