Typical retention periods include:

  • Account information: Duration of your account plus 3 years

  • Coaching session records and notes: 7 years after final session (as recommended by ICF ethical guidelines)

  • Discovery call notes and preliminary assessment information: 1 year if no coaching relationship is established, or retained as part of coaching records if services begin

  • Payment records: 7 years as required by tax and accounting laws

  • Contact form submissions: 2 years or until you request deletion

  • Marketing communications: Until you unsubscribe or request deletion

7. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information:

Some web browsers have a "Do Not Track" feature that signals to websites that you do not want your online activities tracked. My website does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. I may implement such functionality in the future.

13. PROFESSIONAL CREDENTIALS AND VERIFICATION

As a professional coach, I may be engaged in training and continuing education to pursue or maintain credentials from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). The ICF may require verification of my coaching relationships, which involves sharing client names, contact information, and start/end dates of coaching engagements with the ICF solely for credential verification purposes. No session notes, personal information, or confidential content is shared as part of this process. By engaging my services, you consent to this limited disclosure.
